The Illinois State Dental Society has made recommendations aligning with Gov. Pritzker’s mandates to limit the spread of COVID-19. We have established additional safety protocols above and beyond our already comprehensive standards of sanitation. We will keep our patients updated.
  • The voucher can only be used once per patient. The offer includes a diagnostic examination. If you need further dental treatment, we will give you a gift voucher worth $100. This can be used towards further treatment.
  • The voucher can be used within a period of 3 months after your first visit to our clinic.
  • You will not receive your voucher if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or if you don´t show up for your appointment.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Sign up no later than May 31, 2020. The examination should be performed no later than May 31, 2020.

We offer flexible appointments. Your first visit includes a comprehensive exam, x-ray, and cleaning. This typically takes no more than a hour. Just show up, and we'll take it from there.

Do you accept any public assistance vouchers?
